Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Velalix (the “Service”), an advertising analytics and reporting service provided by Stellarium (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in misuse or unauthorized access.

2. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid plan pricing and billing cycles are shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and charged automatically on each renewal date.
• You may cancel anytime; billing stops at the end of the current period. No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation.

3. Third-Party Integrations

With your authorization, the Service connects to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4) to retrieve and display your advertising and analytics data. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms. We are not liable for changes, outages, or data availability of these platforms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or imposing excessive load.
• Using or disclosing others’ data without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Data you connect or input remains yours.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with prior notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, completeness, or accuracy.
• Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not warrant the accuracy of data originating from third-party platforms.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over our registered location, unless mandatory local law of your residence provides otherwise.

10. Beta Features

• We may offer all or part of the Service as a “beta” or “closed beta” for evaluation purposes.
• Beta features are under development and may be added, changed, removed, reset, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
• Beta features may be provided free of charge and without any warranty as to quality or availability. Our liability for beta features is limited as set out in Section 7.
• You agree to cooperate by reporting bugs and feedback regarding beta features.
